北京商报讯（记者 郭秀娟 实习记者 王悦彤） 6月25日，千禾味业发布公告称，控股股东伍超群将其持有的1.22亿股股份质押展期至2026年6月25日，占其所持股份的29.26%及公司总股本的11.90%。截至公告披露日，伍超群累计质押股份为1.6亿股，占其所持股份的38.18%。
