6月25日，国发股份（600538）发布公告，截止2025年6月24日，公司董事长姜烨通过上海证券交易所系统以集中竞价交易的方式合计增持了公司股份36万股，增持金额为200万元。
董事长姜烨拟将原增持计划实施期限延长2个月至2025年8月24日，如增持计划延期实施期间遇到定期报告窗口期、公司股票因筹划重大事项停牌的，则增持计划将相应顺延实施。
2025年一季度，国发股份实现收入7861万元，归母净利润314万元。
