金融界6月25日消息，鼎汉技术近日接到全资子公司鼎汉奇辉与广州鼎汉通知，因业务发展需要，其法定代表人等信息变更。目前，两家子公司已完成工商变更登记，并分别取得换发的《营业执照》。鼎汉奇辉法定代表人由张雁冰变更为刘琳，广州鼎汉法定代表人由张雁冰变更为赵亮 。
