朱凤莲：
为进一步便利台湾同胞来往大陆，扩大两岸人员往来和交流合作，经财政部商国家发展改革委、出入境管理局，决定自2025年7月1日至2027年12月31日，免收台湾“首来族”申办台胞证证件费。具体政策将由出入境管理局组织实施。
