北京商报讯（记者 张君花）6月24日，倍加洁发布公告称，股东南京小倍一号企业管理咨询合伙企业（有限合伙）（以下简称"小倍一号"）、南京小倍二号企业管理咨询合伙企业（有限合伙）（以下简称"小倍二号"）合计持有公司10.95%股份，拟合计减持不超2%公司股份。小倍一号、小倍二号系公司员工持股平台。
