6月24日，新宝股份（002705）发布公告，控股股东广东东菱凯琴集团有限公司于2025年4月11日至2025年6月23日通过集中竞价交易方式增持358万股，占公司总股本的0.4415%，增持金额累计5000万元，增持计划已完成。
增持完成后，东菱集团持有3.55亿股，占公司总股本的43.6667%。
2025年一季度，新宝股份实现收入38.34亿元，归母净利润2.47亿元。
