哈雷尔违规发生时间为2025年4月15日，该比赛日为新疆男篮对阵辽宁男篮。
吉伦沃特违规发生时间为2025年4月16日，该比赛日为广东男篮对阵山西男篮。
哈雷尔和吉伦沃特均被检查出使用违规药品，并且都放弃B瓶检测。
