据悉，美国德克萨斯州成为首个设立公开比特币储备并拨款 1,000 万美元购币的州。该储备将独立于州财政管理，区别于亚利桑那州和新罕布什尔州仅授权未拨款的做法。配套法案 HB4488 规定该储备不得被纳入一般财政收入。
