7 Klovskyi Descent 位于乌克兰首都基辅市，是一个集住宅和商业设施的综合体，以168米的高度成为乌克兰第一高楼。
项目总占地面积为1.65万平方米，建筑面积约21万平方米，共47层。
塔楼由乌克兰知名的Marza Architecture设计，Ukrбуд集团承建，于2008年开工，2015年建成。
