6月21日，记者从郑州市市场监督管理局了解到，受网络故障影响，郑州市12315热线于2025年6月21日2:00断网，断网期间通讯设备无法使用，12315热线将转为系统自助留言状态。在此期间的群众诉求，可通过12315热线的语音留言进行登记，也可通过全国12315平台(www.12315.cn)、支付宝、微信“12315”小程序进行投诉举报。
