【财华社讯】知行集团控股(01539.HK)公布，预期截至2025年3月31日止年度录得净溢利不少于3800万港元，为2024年同期约1100万港元净溢利的约3.5倍。董事会认为上述净溢利增加主要是由于年度的营业额较2024年同期增加约70%；抵销自购股权开支较2024年增加约1300万港元；及重组若干贸易应收款项的净收益约为3900万港元。
