近日，漳州市长泰区委副书记、代区长吴子毅带队前往陈巷镇、岩溪镇等地，实地调研种养加一体化工作推进情况。报道显示，区领导刘昌盛参加调研。
刘昌盛，男，汉族，1989年3月生，省委党校研究生，中共党员。此前任漳州市政府驻福州办事处主任。
2025年5月，漳州市委组织部发布干部任前公示，刘昌盛拟提名为县区政府副职人选。
