第三步,往锅里的豆浆里撒入石膏粉或者倒入氯化镁溶液,静置片刻,待其凝固后,用勺子轻轻推动豆腐脑,使其松散,这样就可以出锅啦!
第四步,将豆腐脑放入布袋中,挤出水分。然后再放进模具中压紧实,盖上盖子,放冰箱冷藏 3 小时即可脱模切块。
