当地时间19日，伊朗外交部发言人巴加埃在接受采访时表示，国际原子能机构已变成以色列侵略伊朗的“伙伴”。
本月12日，国际原子能机构理事会以19票赞成、3票反对和11票弃权的结果通过了针对伊朗的决议，认定伊朗违反《不扩散核武器条约》义务，并表示正考虑将此事提交联合国安理会。据悉，这是近20年来首次国际原子能机构宣布伊朗违反核保障协议。（央视新闻）
