背景介绍：据路透社6月18日报道，法国已签署意向声明，将从瑞典萨博集团购买两架“全球眼”预警机。2018年2月，萨博推出了第一架“全球眼”预警机并在同年3月进行了首飞。“全球眼”装载了“爱立眼”机载预警雷达，该雷达重约1吨，安装在机身上部，其作用距离可达550公里。“全球眼”可同时执行空中、海上和地面监视任务。
