金融界6月18日消息，莱美药业公告称，持股 5%以上股东邱宇因与国海证券开展质押式证券回购业务相关债务逾期，国海证券拟依据法院《协助执行通知书》，通过集中竞价方式继续减持邱宇持有的 5,915 股公司股份（占公司总股本的 0.00056%），减持计划自公告披露之日起 15 个交易日后的 3 个月内进行。
