合肥市退教协举办第七届“老园丁”书画摄影展主题活动

—以展汇同仁，为霞尚满天

本网讯（合肥市退教协）为深入学习宣传贯彻党的二十大和二十届三中全会精神，贯彻落实习近平总书记考察安徽重要讲话精神，2024年10月28日，由合肥市离退休教育工作者协会主办、合肥二中承办的合肥市第七届“老园丁”书画摄影展在合肥二中隆重开幕。市教育局四级调研员祖波涛，市教育局相关处室领导，市退教协理事长胡焰根、合肥二中校党委、校长室，省内知名艺术家和参展作者们出席本次开幕式。

以展汇同仁，为霞尚满天。本次作品皆为我市离退休教育工作者作品。吸引了众多师生及书画摄影爱好者前来观展。此次共展出84件作品，这些作品题材广泛、形式多样，涵盖了书法、绘画、摄影等多个艺术门类，充分展现了老教师们深厚的艺术功底和对生活的热爱。

以美共担时代命，志同道合携手行。合肥二中党委书记苏卫兵发表了热情洋溢的欢迎辞，对各位老教师的到来表示衷心的感谢，并强调了此次书画摄影展对学生、教师以及学校艺术特色教育的重大意义。

随后，合肥市教育局四级调研员祖波涛发表讲话，他表示此次画展意义非凡，展示了我市离退休教育工作者热爱生活，“老有所学、老有所为、老有所乐”积极向上的生活态度。他希望希望市、县（区）以及各学校退教协会继续充分发挥桥梁纽带作用，按照“五个老有”的要求，积极为广大离退休教育工作者服务，为构建和谐社会作出贡献。

心怀阳光 步履轻盈——退休者协会开展户外活动记实

为丰富退休人员的精神文化生活，促进会员间的交流互动，倡导健康积极的生活方式，近日，某市退休者协会组织了一场主题为“心怀阳光，步履轻盈”的户外休闲健身活动。来自全市各街道、系统的100余名退休老同志踊跃参与，在大自然的怀抱中放松身心、共叙情谊、重温青春记忆。

此次活动选址于风景秀丽的市郊XX森林公园，依山傍水、空气清新，是本地著名的生态旅游和健身休闲胜地。活动策划组精心安排路线、合理规划内容，从交通接送、安全防护、现场服务、后勤保障等方面进行了周密部署，力求为参与者营造一个舒适、安全、欢乐的活动氛围。

一、清晨集合，精神焕发

当天清晨，老同志们准时在协会办公楼前集合，不少人早早就到达，穿着整齐、精神饱满，有的还带上了相机、望远镜、登山杖等装备，俨然一副专业“户外达人”的模样。协会负责人在发车前简短致辞，对大家的积极参与表示感谢，并强调了户外安全和团队纪律，随后，大家统一乘车出发，沿途欢声笑语不断。

二、漫步林间，亲近自然

抵达景区后，老同志们在工作人员的引导下有序进入登山健步区域。翠绿的林荫道、潺潺的小溪、偶尔跃动的鸟影，不仅让大家沉醉其间，更唤起了他们内心深处对大自然的热爱。

步道并不陡峭，适合各年龄段人群健步而行。沿途设有多个休息点和观景平台，大家一边散步，一边交流家庭趣事、健康养生经验，谈笑风生，其乐融融。一位老干部边走边说：“在家时间长了，出来走走，晒晒太阳，心情特别舒畅。”

更有一些兴趣相投的摄影爱好者不时驻足取景，用镜头捕捉林间光影和欢笑瞬间；还有老年文艺爱好者现场吟诵古诗词，吟唱山歌，引来阵阵掌声，整个山林回荡着蓬勃的朝气。

三、互动游戏，欢乐满园

为增强活动的趣味性，协会还特别安排了集体游戏环节，如“抛接沙包”“趣味呼啦圈接力”“你划我猜”等，既考验身体协调性，也加深了会员之间的配合与默契。

特别是“你划我猜”游戏中，老同志们一个比划一个猜，不拘一格、表情夸张，现场爆笑连连；而在“呼啦圈接力”中，一些年逾七旬的会员依旧身手敏捷，引来年轻志愿者的连连称赞。

通过游戏互动，不仅打破了以往活动中可能存在的拘谨与隔阂，也让彼此更加熟悉，为日后协会活动注入更多活力与温度。

四、分享午餐，情意浓浓

午餐时间，大家围坐在林中休息区，享受由协会统一准备的健康餐盒，食材新鲜，营养均衡。不少老同志还带来了自己烹饪的小食、水果与大家分享，场面温馨又热闹。

餐后，部分会员自发组织文艺表演。有的弹奏手风琴，有的朗诵诗歌，有的起舞轻歌，还有合唱队即兴献唱《我和我的祖国》，引得众人齐声合唱，把活动气氛推向高潮。

五、总结交流，收获满满

在返程前的总结环节，协会负责人再次对各位会员的积极参与表示感谢。他指出，退休生活不应局限于家庭和四面墙，更要走出门、动起来，感受生活的多彩与生命的张力。此次户外活动既是一次锻炼身体的机会，更是一次心灵的交流与友谊的升华。

多位会员代表也纷纷发言表达感受：“今天的活动太棒了，不仅锻炼了身体，还结识了很多朋友。”“退休以后还能有这样的组织和活动，真的很幸福。”“希望以后多组织这种健康又有趣的活动。”

许多会员还主动表示，愿意为协会未来的文艺队、摄影队、志愿队等贡献自己的特长与热情，共建一个充满爱、活力与温暖的“第二个家”。

尾声：退休不褪色，夕阳更灿烂

这次“心怀阳光，步履轻盈”户外活动的成功举办，不仅展现了协会成员健康向上的精神面貌，也展示了新时代退休者对高质量生活的追求。退休不是终点，而是新生活的开始，是人生另一段旅程的精彩起航。
