人民财讯6月18日电，特变电工(600089)6月18日晚间公告，公司控股公司新能源公司拟进行增资扩股，农银金融资产投资有限公司以10亿元向新能源公司增资，增资款项主要用于新能源公司偿还金融机构贷款等。新能源公司股东新特能源公司和中节能太阳能科技有限公司自愿放弃同比例增资的权利。
