6月18日，鹏欣资源（600490）发布公告，非独立董事许瑜华因个人原因辞去董事职务，离任时间为2025年6月13日，原定任期到期日为2026年8月11日。许瑜华辞职后不再担任公司及其控股子公司的任何职务。
2025年一季度，鹏欣资源实现收入15.30亿元，归母净利润1.08亿元。
