接着加入开水没过鸭肉,盖上锅盖,大火烧开后转中小火慢炖 20 分钟。时间到,打开锅盖,此时汤汁已经收得差不多了,加入盐调味,撒入青蒜苗,大火快速翻匀即可出锅装盘。
