牛干巴的制作方法其实非常的简单,首先就是把牛肉切成片,然后用盐、辣椒面、花椒粉、孜然粉腌制一下就可以了。当然你也可以直接去超市买现成的,但是我觉得自己做的味道肯定要比买的更好吃。
准备新鲜的大蒜苗一把,切成段备用。锅中倒入食用油,油温烧至五成热的时候,放入腌好的牛干巴进行翻炒。由于牛干巴事先已经腌制入味了,所以不需要再添加任何调料了。

等牛干巴炒出香味以后,加入大蒜苗继续翻炒,直到大蒜苗断生就可以出锅了。这道菜呢,最忌讳的就是炒的时间太长,不然牛干巴就会变老变柴,口感就不那么好吃了。
