锅里倒油,加入提前准备好的各种菌菇,大火快速翻炒几下,加入生抽、蚝油调味,继续翻炒均匀以后出锅,放在一边备用。这个时候就可以开火了,往铁板上倒点油,然后放入蒜片爆香。
最后再撒入辣椒面,炒出香味之后,就可以开始煎蔬菜了。先铺一层豆皮,再依次码上之前炒过的菌菇,然后盖上锅盖,等个几分钟就可以了。
