6月17日，巨力索具（002342）发布公告，控股股东巨力集团将其持有的2005万股股份质押给中国银河证券，占其所持股份的10.43%及公司总股本的2.09%。
截至公告披露日，控股股东及其一致行动人累计质押9569万股，未超过其持股总数的50%。
2025年一季度，巨力索具实现收入4.88亿元，归母净利润599万元。
