6月16日，拓普集团（601689）发布公告，实际控制人、董事长邬建树拟在2025年7月8日至2025年10月7日通过集中竞价或大宗交易方式减持不超过300万股，占公司总股本的0.1726%；副董事长邬好年拟减持不超过50万股，占公司总股本的0.0285%。
根据公告，邬建树与邬好年计划减持合计不超过350万股。
2025年一季度，拓普集团实现收入57.68亿元，归母净利润5.65亿元。
