6月16日，九芝堂（000989）发布公告，副董事长兼总经理、持股5%以上股东李振国解除质押5930万股，占其所持的36.63%及公司总股本的6.93%；同时质押3547万股，占其所持的21.91%及公司总股本的4.14%。
截至公告披露日，李振国累计质押1.38亿股，占其持股总数的85.22%及公司总股本的16.12%。
2025年一季度，九芝堂实现收入8.06亿元，归母净利润1.17亿元。
