6月16日，思派健康（00314）发布公告，公司附属公司思派（北京）保险经纪有限公 司已于近期与Arthur J. Gallagher (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.（安睿嘉尔）订立战略合作框架协议。
根据战略合作框架协议，安睿嘉尔拟在中国内地设立附属公司或机构，并取得在中国内地展业所需的资格，而该附属公司或机构将与思派经纪在团体人寿保险及健康保险及公司集团客户自选平台上的团体及个人保险及健康保险产品的再保险业务方面进行合作。
