新京报贝壳财经讯 6月15日晚，博众精工发布公告称，公司拟以现金4.20亿元收购上海沃典工业自动化有限公司（简称“上海沃典”）70%的股权。博众精工方面表示，此次收购将助力公司提升在汽车制造自动化板块的竞争力，形成“3C +新能源+汽车”多轮驱动的业务格局。
