大家好,欢迎来到农村美食课堂,这碗花生汤,我妈 30 年前就给我做过。虽然叫花生汤,但里面没有一颗花生米,做起来也不复杂,特别适合夏天喝。
先准备两把花生碎,用小火炒出香味。再加入一碗半的水,大火煮开后转中小火煮个十几分钟。这个过程会闻到淡淡的花生香。
接下来准备几颗枸杞、一小段葱花,还有最重要的配料——一包黄桃罐头汁。如果你家里没有这种罐头汁,也可以换成酸奶或者柠檬汁。不过这两种东西酸味太重了,所以要用它来中和一下,就是超市里卖的现成的甜味杏仁露,味道很接近,而且便宜又方便。
接着倒入杏仁露,搅拌均匀后再撒上一把冰糖,继续熬个几分钟就可以了。熬好的花生汤颜色偏淡,但是口感绵密,还带着浓郁的花生香。
别看它这么简单,我家隔三差五就要做一次。天热的时候来上一碗,清清凉凉的,特别解暑。冬天冷的时候喝一口,暖胃暖心,比去外面买那些奶茶、咖啡要健康多了。
除了当饮料,我还喜欢拿它当早餐吃。在碗底铺一层燕麦片,然后倒上刚熬好的花生汤,最后撒上点坚果碎和蔓越莓干,营养丰富的一餐就搞定了。
