今年第1号台风蝴蝶已于6月14日12：30时前后在广东省雷州市西部沿海再次登陆，登陆时减弱为强热带风暴级，中心附近最大风力11级，中心最低气压980百帕，中心继续向东北方向移动，强度逐渐减弱。广西海事局防台领导小组决定于6月14日14：00时，将防台应急响应级别由一级调整为三级。
