鉴于今年第1号台风“蝴蝶”已加强为台风级（12级），且逐渐迫近广西沿海，将给广西带来严重风雨浪潮影响，危害水上交通安全。根据《广西海事局防御台风等极端天气应急预案》，广西海事局决定于6月13日21时30分将防御台风应急响应由Ⅱ级提升为Ⅰ级，请各单位根据辖区实际情况及时启动或调整防御台风应急响应，全面落实各项防御措施，确保水上交通安全。（央视新闻）
