人民财讯6月13日电，志特新材(300986)6月13日晚间公告，近日，公司与PREMIUM INFINITE VENTURES INC.（简称“PIVI”）签订《战略合作协议》，PIVI拟向公司采购建筑材料及其他新型材料。协议约定合作期限为3年，意向采购的总价值约为4200万美元，折合人民币约3.02亿元。
