6月12日晚，网上流传“哪吒汽车重整声明”，称母公司合众新能源汽车进入重整程序。6月13日，哪吒汽车相关负责人回应称，此内容非官方发布，只是公司制定的处置方案之一，并非最终方案。该负责人透露，早在5月底至6月初，公司就有了下一步处置方案，原计划6月底前发布，但因与离职员工矛盾激化，方案或调整。
