据悉，巴西政府发布第 1303 号临时措施，取消原对每月加密货币收益 35 万雷亚尔（约 6.3 万美元）以下的免税政策，统一征收 17.5% 所得税，适用于所有居民投资者，包括自托管及海外虚拟资产，较之前 15%-22% 的累进税率更简化。
