今年第1号台风“蝴蝶”正向海南岛缓慢靠近，今天15时台风中心附近最大风力9级（23米/秒），较上一个时次（8级）有所加强，其中心距离海南省三亚市南偏东方向约130公里，预计“蝴蝶”将以每小时10公里左右的速度向西北方向移动，强度逐渐增强。
受其影响，海南岛及周边海域已现明显大风，其中三亚今天13时至14时出现30.4米/秒（11级）最大阵风。
