金融界6月11日消息，蒙草生态公告称，董事会于近日收到董事王召明书面辞职报告，其因专注公司研发工作，申请辞去公司董事职务，辞任后将继续担任公司科研总负责人，仍为公司实际控制人，辞职申请自送达董事会之日起生效，原定董事任期至2025年9月13日止 。
