6月11日，恒力石化（600346）发布公告，控股股东之一致行动人恒能投资将其持有的1.08亿股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的7.21%及公司总股本的1.53%；同时解除质押股份1.28亿股，占其所持股份的8.54%及公司总股本的1.82%。
截至公告披露日，控股股东及其一致行动人累计质押股份为18.4亿股，占其所持股份的34.65%及公司总股本的26.14%。
2025年一季度，恒力石化实现收入570.46亿元，归母净利润20.51亿元。
