6月11日，广联达（002410）发布公告，控股股东刁志中将其持有的2610万股股份于2025年6月10日解除质押，占其所持股份的9.81%及公司总股本的1.58%。
截至公告披露日，刁志中累计质押股份为6922万股，占其所持股份的26.01%及公司总股本的4.19%。
2025年一季度，广联达实现收入12.28亿元，归母净利润2984万元。
