6月10日，国新办上午10时举行新闻发布会，国家发展改革委副秘书长肖渭明表示，强化国家发展规划的战略导向作用，国家发展改革委将贯彻落实党中央决策部署，在充分调研的基础上，与各方面共同做好“十五五”规划编制工作，提出一批民生领域的重大战略任务、重大政策举措和重大工程项目，推动民生建设纳入国家“十五五”发展蓝图。
