青玉龙首鳌鱼花插，清，高18厘米，宽17.7厘米，厚7.6厘米。
鳌鱼是中国神话传说中的动物，相传在远古时代，金、银色的鲤鱼想跳龙门，飞入云端升天化为龙，但是它们偷吞了海里的龙珠，只能变成龙头鱼身。
