6月8日午间，比亚迪集团品牌及公关处总经理李云飞通过其个人微博回应外界热议的“常压油箱”问题时称，比亚迪在2021~2023年采用的常压油箱方案，符合法规要求。
同时，李云飞还表示：“浙江某头部车企2018~2023年，多款PHEV车型也采用常压油箱方案。相信，他们应该也有自己的解决方案，也是符合环保及法规要求的。”
