据《北京青年报》记者 消息，王上源、曹永竞可能在对阵巴林的比赛中出战。
消息称，王上源属于疲劳性损伤，他和曹永竞情况可能都不是很严重，在对阵巴林的比赛中也许能咬牙上。胡荷韬和朱辰杰伤病可能严重些。此外，新招的侯永永、刘祝润本来也在国足大名单阵容中。
