6月6日，嘉和美康（688246）发布公告，宣布首次公开发行部分限售股将于2025年6月16日上市流通。本次上市流通的股份数量为3663万股，占公司总股本的26.63%。原限售期为36个月，因触发延长股份锁定期的承诺，限售期延长至2025年6月13日。
2025年一季度，嘉和美康实现收入1.01亿元，归母净利润-1743万元。
