哥伦比亚昆迪纳马卡省省长豪尔赫·埃米利奥·雷伊当地时间6月5日证实，该省一煤矿4日晚上发生爆炸，造成两起塌方。经过20个小时的救援后，确认3名矿工死亡，1人获救。
