6月5日，山证资管裕享增强债券发起式（015239）发布公告，宣布基金经理缪佳因离职而被解聘，离任日期为2025年6月6日。公司表示，缪佳并未转任其他工作岗位，且已按规定在中国基金业协会办理了注销手续，但未办理变更手续。
此次基金经理的变更是基于缪佳的个人离职原因。
