印度政府当地时间6月3日致函世贸组织（WTO）称，美国此前对进口乘用车、轻型卡车及部分汽车零部件征收25%关税之举属于“保障措施”，作为受影响方，且“对涉案产品拥有重大出口利益”，印方寻求与美国磋商并就上述措施交换意见。
通知称，印度方面保留根据《建立世界贸易组织协定》及其附件（包括《保障措施协定》）所享有的全部权利。（界面新闻 汪维喆）
