香港土地注册处6月3日公布，5月份送交土地注册处注册的所有种类楼宇买卖合约共6442份，较4月份下跌10.9%，与去年5月比较下跌12.5%。楼宇买卖合约总值498亿港元，较4月份下跌0.5%，与去年5月比较下跌20.0%。上述买卖合约中，住宅楼宇买卖合约占5105份，较4月份下跌10.3%，与去年5月比较下跌8.0%。5月份的住宅楼宇买卖合约总值382亿港元，较4月份下跌9.4%，与去年4月比较下跌28.3%。
