近日有博主晒出了姚明的最新训练照片，并透露姚明已经恢复训练两个多月。从照片可以看出，相比之前，姚明明显瘦了不少，精神状态也非常不错，合影过程中也是笑容满面。
姚明去年10月份正式离任中国篮协主席一职，此前他担任中国篮协主席8年。
