人民财讯5月30日电，上海电力(600021)5月30日晚间公告，公司全资子公司新疆臻元新能源有限责任公司投资建设的甘肃武威天祝县松山滩20万千瓦风电项目正式并网发电。该项目位于甘肃省武威市天祝藏族自治县，总装机容量20万千瓦，投产后预计年平均发电量为4.36亿千瓦时。
