5月29日，合肥市住房保障和房产管理局发布了《关于购房补贴政策有关事项的通知》。其中提出，2025年5月15日起至2026年5月14日，凡在合肥市新购买新建商品住房的购房人或新购买新建车位（库）的购置人，继续按《关于进一步调整优化房地产政策措施的通知》实施购房补贴，购房补贴资金在取得不动产权证书后兑现。
