5月28日，苏试试验（300416）公告称，基于整体战略布局及业务发展需要，为进一步整合优化资源配置，提高运营决策效率，公司拟以自筹资金合计人民币33,635.32万元收购长三角产业创新二期（上海）私募投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙）等17名少数股东合计持有的苏试宜特（上海）检测技术股份有限公司23.73%股权。若本次交易能够顺利完成，公司持有苏试宜特的股权比例将由73.82%上升至97.55%。
